Description
Characterics of SF-380S/450S adsorption type single facer corrugator:
1. Vacuum adsorption type single facer corrugator machine. The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 52CrMo alloy steel, the hardness is HRC58o-60o after heat treatment, and the surface is ground and chrome-plated.
2. Electric sizing device, the gluing section operates independently when the main machine stops, to prevent the paste from drying up, and the amount of glue can be adjusted by digital display or manually.
3. The upper and lower corrugated roller bases are designed separately for the whole machine, which can be hoisted and replaced as a whole, which is convenient for changing the corrugation type.
4. The bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rollers and pressure rollers are all made of high-temperature lubricating grease to ensure bearing life and smooth operation.
5. Upper and lower corrugated roller, pressure roller and gluing roller up and down are controlled by air pressure.
6. Inverter motor main drive, independent drive box, three-axis drive, the frequency converter controls the acceleration and deceleration of the corrugator, achieving energy saving and leaving a communication interface for future management.
7. The closed gear transmission is oil-immersed and lubricated to reduce noise, run smoothly, and prolong the service life of the gear.
8. The gluing roller and fixed glue roller are designed to slide and disassemble as a group of guide rails to shorten the maintenance time.
9. This machine is equipped with a face paper preheating roller and a core paper quenching and tempering steam spray device.
