Product Overview
The Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand is used at the beginning of a corrugated cardboard production line to support and feed paper rolls into the corrugating system. It provides stable paper roll support, web alignment, and braking to ensure continuous paper feeding during production.
Hydraulic cylinders are used to control paper roll clamping, lifting and lateral movement, making paper roll replacement more convenient and reducing manual handling. Depending on production requirements, the machine is available in different models for various paper widths and roll capacities.
Key Features
- Adopt a double-roller symmetrical four-arm structure, allowing two paper rolls to be supported simultaneously during the corrugated cardboard production process.
- Through hydraulic transmission, paper roll clamping, lifting, loosening and lateral alignment can be achieved. Mechanical clamping and alignment are also available as optional configurations.
- The upper end adopts an advanced pneumatic cylinder brake or a manual tension brake. It can also be equipped with an expansion chuck to help reduce paper waste. Double-stage carriage-type expansion mechanism, Optional expanding chucks are available in 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch sizes to accommodate different paper roll core diameters.
- Maximum effective paper width: 1200–2200 mm (V5 type); 1200–2800 mm (V6 type).
- Maximum paper roll diameter: 1500 mm (V5 type); 1600 mm (V6 type). Minimum paper roll diameter: Φ400 mm.
- Maximum supported paper roll weight: 2.5 tons (V5 type); 3.5 tons (V6 type).
- Spindle diameter: Φ242 mm (V5 type); Φ270 mm (V6 type).
