The Electrical Shaftless Mill Roll Stand is installed at the beginning of a corrugated cardboard production line to support and unwind base paper rolls. Its shaftless design allows convenient paper loading and replacement while maintaining stable paper feeding during production.
The machine uses an electric lifting system with overload protection and provides functions including lifting, clamping, lateral movement and centering of paper rolls. It is suitable for various paper grades used in corrugated board production.

- Structure: The electrical shaftless mill roll stand adopts a symmetrical structure, allowing two rolls of base paper to be installed simultaneously for continuous paper changing during production.
- Lifting System: Base paper lifting is driven by an electric system equipped with an overload protection device.
- Functions: Lifting and lowering, clamping and loosening, left-right movement, and paper roll centering.
- Paper Width: 400–1800 mm.
- Maximum Paper Roll Diameter: 1400 mm. Minimum Paper Roll Diameter: Φ400 mm.

- Clamping & Rotating Mechanism: The supporting arms are equipped with a constant torque clutch for stable operation.
- Tension Adjustment: A pneumatic brake or manual brake is available for paper tension control.
- Paper Positioning: Tapered centers or expanding centers are available according to production requirements.

- Chuck: Automatic dual-expanding chuck.
- Feeding Components: Each stand is equipped with two paper feeding rails and two paper loading trolleys.
- The trolleys are fitted with guide wheels for smooth paper loading.
- The feeding rails are manufactured from No.12 channel steel welded to guide columns.
- The paper loading trolleys are fabricated from 12 mm welded steel plate.
