- Vacuum adsorption type single facer corrugated machine. The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 52CrMo alloy steel, the hardness is HRC58o-60o after heat treatment, and the surface is ground and chrome-plated.
- Electric sizing device, the gluing section operates independently when the main machine stops, to prevent the paste from drying up, and the amount of glue can be adjusted by digital display or manually.
- The upper and lower corrugated roller bases are designed separately for the whole machine, which can be hoisted and replaced as a whole, which is convenient for changing the corrugation type.
- The bearings of the upper and lower corrugated rollers and pressure rollers are all made of high-temperature lubricating grease to ensure bearing life and smooth operation.
