Product Overview
The Fixed Adsorption Type Single Facer is one of the core machines in a corrugated board production line. It is designed to produce single-face corrugated board by bonding corrugated medium to liner paper through a vacuum adsorption forming system.
This machine adopts a fixed vacuum adsorption structure to provide stable paper guidance during corrugating. It is suitable for continuous production of various flute profiles and can be integrated with complete 3-ply, 5-ply, or 7-ply corrugated board production lines.
Available in SF320, SF360, and SF380 models, the machine can be selected according to different production capacity and line speed requirements.
Key Features：
- The machine adopts a vacuum adsorption corrugating system to provide stable paper guidance during corrugating and ensure consistent flute formation.
- The upper and lower corrugating rollers are manufactured from 48CrMo alloy steel. After heat treatment, the roller hardness reaches HRC58–60. The roller surfaces are precision ground and chrome plated for improved wear resistance and long service life.
- The electric gluing unit can operate independently when the main machine stops, helping prevent the adhesive from drying. The glue amount can be adjusted either through a digital display or manually.
- The upper and lower corrugating roller assemblies are designed as separate units, allowing the complete roller set to be lifted and replaced conveniently when changing flute profiles.
- The bearings of the upper and lower corrugating rollers and the pressure roller are lubricated with high-temperature grease to ensure smooth operation and extend bearing service life.
- The upper and lower corrugating rollers, pressure roller, and glue roller are all pneumatically controlled.
- The main drive is powered by a variable frequency motor with an independent gearbox and three-shaft transmission. The inverter controls acceleration and deceleration for stable operation and reduced energy consumption, while a communication interface is reserved for future production management systems.
- The enclosed gear transmission operates in an oil bath to reduce operating noise, provide smooth power transmission, and extend gear service life.
- The glue roller and glue doctor roller are mounted on guide rails and can be removed as a complete assembly, making maintenance easier and reducing downtime.
- The machine is equipped with a liner paper preheating roller and a steam spray conditioning device for the corrugating medium to help maintain suitable paper conditions before corrugating.
