Characteristic of the Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand :

1. Adopt double-roller symmetrical four-arm structure, which can support two rolls of reel paper during production process of corrugated cardboard.
2. Through hydraulic transmission, the clamping, lifting, loosening, and deviation correction of the paper roll can be realized, and mechanical clamping and deviation correction can also be used;
3. The upper end adopts advanced cylinder air brake device or manual tension brake, and the upper end can be equipped with expansion clamps to reduce paper waste; Double-stage car-type expander, expansion head: 3/4 inch double-stage.
4. Maximum effective paper clamping width: 1200mm-2200mm (V5 type)        1200mm-2800mm (V6 type)
5. Maximum paper roll diameter: 1500mm (V5 type) ;  1600mm (V6 type)        Min diameter of roll paper: φ400 mm
6. Maximum single-sided supported paper roll weight: 2.5 tons (V5 type);  3.5 tons (V6 type)
7. Spindle diameter: 242 (V5 type) 270mm (V6 type)
