Nailing box part:

1. When using the box gluing mode, the internal nail head part is raised, and the glued box passes through the lower layer.
2. When using the nailing box mode, the internal nail head part is lowered for nailing. The entire set of machine heads is made of special steel and is precisely manufactured. After precision machining, the electric baffle is adjusted by a stepper motor synchronous wheel, and the size is accurate. Buffering makes the distance between nails perfect. Effectively avoid carton molding errors, and the pressure of the paper pressing rubber wheel is electrically adjusted according to the thickness of the carton to prevent damage to the box.
3. Adopting high-power dual servo drive, the mechanical transmission is precise and accurate, and the failure rate is low.
4. This part not only has a lifting function but also a left and right side shift function, which can be changed more quickly according to the changes in order size.

Counting stack forming part:
