The High Definition Flexo Printer is designed for high-quality flexographic printing and converting of corrugated cardboard. The machine integrates multiple processing units, including paper feeding, multi-color flexographic printing, printing drying, glazing, glazing drying, slotting, die cutting and stacking.

- The fully automatic production control system can store production orders and automatically change orders, making order changing faster and operation more convenient.
- Each unit is driven by an independent servo motor, and paper is fed by full vacuum adsorption to ensure a high precision register accuracy of ±0.25mm.
- The glazing, drying, and transverse cutting unit is driven by an independent servo motor (all from Rexroth servo motors in Germany), and paper is fed by full vacuum adsorption to ensure a high precision register accuracy of ±0.4mm.
- Network management: Remote maintenance function can be optionally configured as needed (Internet access is required).
- Dust removal system: Installed behind the paper feeding part. It is combined with an electrostatic elimination device, 5 rows of brush dust removal, and strong air suction, making the dust removal effect of this machine better.
- All main transmission gears have high-precision transmission. They are made of high-quality alloy steel, undergo carburizing and quenching treatment, and grinding processing. The gears have high precision, good wear resistance, and stable operation.
- It is suitable for high-dot printing of coated paper, with a maximum printing screen of 133LPI.
- The vacuum adsorption box adopts the most advanced technology. The supporting bearings of the conveying roller shafts are all equipped with oil injection cups and adopt a centralized oil supply method to ensure the high-speed operation of the machine.
- In order to ensure printing clarity, this machine is equipped with a glazing part to perform synchronous glazing for the products of the printing part, making the printed products more exquisite and comparable to offset printing effects.
- In order to ensure the quality of printed products in the printing part and improve the printing speed, this machine specially adds an infrared drying system to ensure high-quality printing during high-speed printing of the equipment.
