Why Choose Our Pizza Box Making Machines?
Our pizza box making machines are designed to meet the diverse production needs of small, medium, and large packaging businesses. From manual die-cutting units for small-batch orders to fully automatic lines for high-volume manufacturing, we offer a complete range of solutions to help you produce pizza boxes efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.
Flexible Machine Configurations
We provide multiple machine types to fit different production scales and automation levels: Full-Automatic Machines – Ideal for high-output factories that require integrated feeding, printing, die-cutting, slotting, and stacking. Semi-Automatic Solutions – Suitable for medium-scale operations balancing cost and capacity. Manual Die-Cutting Machines – Designed for custom, small-batch runs or backup production.
Support for Various Processes
Our solutions cover the entire pizza box manufacturing workflow: Printing & Die-Cutting – Using water-based ink printing and rotary slotting die-cutting to form box shapes. Flatbed Die-Cutters (Platen Type) – For clean creasing and precise cutting of corrugated or solid board. Manual Creasing and Cutting – Practical for small custom runs or manual packaging lines.
Material Compatibility with Accurate Limitations
Each machine type is designed for specific board grades: Flexo printing slotter die-cutters work best with corrugated board types such as B flute or E flute, and are not recommended for thin solid board or very fine flutes due to feeding limitations and risk of crush. Flatbed die-cutters and manual machines are more adaptable and can process both corrugated (E/F flutes) and solid board with proper tooling and feeding adjustments.
Stable Performance and Easy Maintenance
Our machines are built with durable mechanical components, intuitive control systems, and modular designs for ease of maintenance. Spare parts and remote technical support are readily available.
Low Waste, Accurate Output
Precision feeding and registration systems ensure minimal paperboard waste and consistent box dimensions — critical for stackability and packaging quality.
Cost-Effective Investment
Whether you’re starting a new pizza box line or expanding existing capacity, our machines offer competitive pricing and low operating costs, delivering a fast return on investment without compromising performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to commonly asked questions about our products and services.
What types of paper or board can your pizza box machines handle?
Our machines can process corrugated board with thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 14mm, kraft paper, and white paper board . If you have specific material, we can test it and recommend the right model.
Can the machine be customized to make different pizza box sizes?
Yes. We offer adjustable and customizable dies/moulds to support various box sizes (7″, 9″, 12″, etc.). Just send us your sample or box drawing, and we’ll provide a tailored solution.
Is the machine easy to operate? Do I need skilled workers?
Our machines are designed for easy operation, even for first-time users. We provide user manuals and video guides, and remote training is available. For full-automatic machines, only 1–2 operators are needed.
Do you provide installation and training service overseas?
Yes. We offer remote technical support via video, and if needed, our engineers can be dispatched for onsite installation and training. You’ll also receive a full installation guide.
How long does it take to receive the machine after ordering?
Standard delivery time is 25–35 working days after deposit. Custom configurations may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated during production.
What’s the warranty period? What if the machine breaks down?
One-year warranty on mechanical and electrical parts. If anything goes wrong, we offer free spare parts and remote troubleshooting. Critical components are always in stock for fast shipping.
Do I need to purchase printing plates or die-cut molds separately?
No need. We can customize both the printing plate and die-cut mold according to your requirement. They will be produced and shipped together with the machine, so you can start production immediately after installation.
