Characterics of the automatic box pasting machine:

1. The laser-cut wall panels undergo thermal treatment and are integrated with a dual-belt main drive system, ensuring energy efficiency, low noise, minimal malfunctions, and stable conveyance. This design truly achieves simultaneous energy conservation, environmental protection, and high efficiency. The guide plates are adjusted via a dual-sided screw mechanism with electric actuation, allowing simultaneous adjustment of upper and lower plates.
2. The paper feeding unit features an independent motor-driven intermittent belt system, paired with vibration motors to ensure continuous and accurate paper feeding. The intermittent conveying distance can be adjusted according to paper length. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC, with an integrated PLC/HMI design for intuitive operation. All parameters are configurable and displayed via the interface, meeting human-centered operation requirements.
3. This machine is equipped with a dedicated differential speed correction system for the folding belt. It provides secondary alignment correction for imperfectly folded paper, ensuring superior product quality.
4. The conveying pressure table employs an independent upper-lower design, allowing real-time adjustment of working modes for different products. Optional sponge belts and pneumatic control systems are available to ensure flawless product finishing.
5. Mainly applicable to small packaging such as pharmaceutical boxes, cosmetic cases, wine boxes, CD sleeves, e-commerce packages, quadrilateral and hexagonal cartons made of cardboard or corrugated paper. (Machine customization available for specific box types.)
