Are you factory or trading company ?
We are a direct manufacturer of carton machinery based in Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, North China. With a long history of serving the domestic market, we transitioned to handling exports ourselves in 2010 by establishing our own dedicated foreign trade department. As a factory with direct export capabilities, we invite international partners and clients to visit our facility and experience our high-quality products and services firsthand.
How long has your company been established? What are the main products you produce?
Established in 2010, we specialize in three core product lines for the corrugated packaging industry:
• Corrugated board production lines
• Water-based ink printing slotting die-cutting machines
• Fully automatic folding gluing & stitching machines
Our packaging solutions cover the entire process from corrugated board manufacturing to carton forming.
What types of corrugated board do your machines support?
Our corrugated machines handle all flute profiles (A/B/C/E/F) with corrugated cardboard thickness range 0.5-15mm.
If we buy machines from you, Who Will Install the Machine in Customer’s factory?
Don't worry, when the equipment is provided and delivered：
For small machines, detailed installation tutorials and operating manuals and related information will be provided to customers together with the machine, so that no need us to install and you can also save a lot of money.
For large machines, we will send professional technical engineers to your factory to install and debug the machine, and provide necessary training. You need to pay for the installation engineer's visa, round-trip air tickets, board and lodging, and wages,etc.
Whether it is a large or small machine, we provide:
1) Free technical training.
2) Online technical support.
3) Lifetime technical support.
How can you guarantee the quality？

What is your machine Warranty period?
Our warranty policy is as follows:
1. All machines come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, if any issues arise, we will provide free replacement of worn-out parts (excluding damage caused by human factors).
2. After the warranty period, we offer lifetime maintenance support and provide spare parts to customers at cost price.
We are committed to ensuring the long-term reliability of our machines and providing continuous support throughout their lifespan.
How about after-sales service?
When you encounter any issues with the machine, we understand the urgency and are here to assist you immediately. Please contact us directly, and our after-sales team will respond promptly, communicate with you, and escalate the issue to our technical engineers. They will diagnose and address the problem as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience.

How can we visit your factory?
Our factory is located in Cangzhou City, adjacent to three major airports: Tianjin, Beijing, and Jinan. You may choose from the following options:
1. Independent travel: Fly to any of the above airports and transfer to a high-speed rail to Cangzhou City;
2. Pick-up service: If needed, we can arrange professional pick-up from the airport or high-speed rail station. Please inform us of your itinerary at least 3 working days in advance.
Attention should be paid to the delivery of carton machinery？
1. Use a wooden box (or wooden frame) to fix the carton machinery and equipment in the container, and the size should be appropriate so that it will not shake or fall during transportation. If the goods are relatively large and heavy, they need to be reinforced and the wooden frame must be fumigated.
2. Carton machinery and equipment are large in size and basically shipped by sea. Moisture-proof and sealing are very important. Of course, shock-proof is also very important. In order to prevent moisture, it is necessary to wrap several layers of PE form on all equipment, and then wrap a layer of bubble film for cushioning and shockproofing. Do not apply anti-rust oil, etc. If it leaks in the container, it will be fined.
3. Make a detailed list, list each item to be boxed one by one, and count them one by one when loading the container to prevent missing packaging and more packaging later. Auxiliary materials such as dunnage can be used to secure the goods in wooden box packaging
What is the HS code of your carton machine?
The majority of our corrugated carton machinery products fall under HS Code 844130. For precise classification of each order, we recommend verifying the applicable HS code with our team prior to shipment.

How about the packaging of your carton packaging machinery？
Our packaging is designed to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of our machines:
Main Machine Protection: The main machine is securely wrapped in plastic film to prevent moisture or leakage that could cause rust or damage. Once loaded into the container, the machine is firmly secured with steel ropes to prevent movement and potential damage during transit.
Accessories and Spare Parts: Smaller components are packed according to the specific import requirements of the customer's country. They are typically placed in sturdy cardboard boxes or fumigated wooden crates to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
Our packaging approach ensures the integrity of the machine and its parts, giving you confidence in receiving your order in excellent condition.
How to prevent equipment damage during transportation?
We use military-grade packaging standards:
1. The main engine wooden box has built-in moisture-proof film and anti-vibration foam
2. Precision parts are vacuum-sealed + desiccant
3. Roll-on/roll-off ship/container transportation with full GPS tracking.
All Risks marine insurance is insured, and the damage rate is less than 0.3%.

How Can We Do Machine Inspection?
To ensure product quality and performance, our company conducts strict factory inspection on each machine. We sincerely invite you to visit our factory and witness the inspection process. If it is inconvenient for you to come in person, you can also entrust a domestic friend to inspect on your behalf, or participate in real-time through online video conferencing. During the inspection process, our technical engineers will accompany you throughout the process and answer any questions you have. Once all performance indicators of the equipment meet the standards, we will carefully package it and arrange for shipment.
