what is your machine Warranty period?
Our warranty policy is as follows:
1. All machines come with a 12-month warranty. During this period, if any issues arise, we will provide free replacement of worn-out parts (excluding damage caused by human factors).
2. After the warranty period, we offer lifetime maintenance support and provide spare parts to customers at cost price.

Our factory is located in Cangzhou city, near the Tianjin & Beijing & Jinan airport, you can fly to the airport directly and then take the high-speed railway to our city, or we will pick you up.

Our packaging is designed to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of our machines:
1. Main Machine Protection: The main machine is securely wrapped in plastic film to prevent moisture or leakage that could cause rust or damage. Once loaded into the container, the machine is firmly secured with steel ropes to prevent movement and potential damage during transit.
2. Accessories and Spare Parts: Smaller components are packed according to the specific import requirements of the customer’s country. They are typically placed in sturdy cardboard boxes or fumigated wooden crates to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
