  • Frequency conversion main motor: stable operation, low noise, flexible speed regulation, and improved overall system stability.
  • Vacuum suction paper feeding: suction structure under the front edge of the belt, adjustable air volume, accurate and stable paper feeding without deviation.
  • Electromagnetic clutch control: high-end brake system, the paper feeding unit can operate independently, easy to operate and maintain.
  • Pre-pressing wheel device: effectively solve the problem of cardboard bursting, the pressing wheel height is adjustable, and the cardboard thickness is 2-8mm (customizable).
  • Flexible paper feeding structure: the front baffle and belt can be adjusted left and right, and the front paper support supports electric adjustment, which is suitable for various specifications of cartons.

Gluing Unit

  • Efficient gluing system: gluing under the knurled wheel, the glue amount is adjustable, uniform and glue-saving, and there is no leakage or overflow of glue; it runs synchronously with the main machine to reduce wear and extend the life of the rubber wheel.
  • Stainless steel circulation gluing system: strong corrosion resistance, automatic circulation of the glue pump, and more convenient cleaning and maintenance.

Folding Unit

  • Linked with the paper feeding unit, variable frequency speed regulation, the maximum belt speed is 180m/min;
  • High friction belt is used to transport cardboard, which can effectively avoid the scissor difference caused by different cardboard thickness or different belt tightness on both sides during automatic folding;
  • The folding unit is equipped with a cardboard pressing line correction device and double correction indentation, which effectively compensates and corrects the folding line in the slotting and die-cutting process to avoid the scissor difference;
  • The folding unit has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide wheel systems, which has higher forming accuracy;
  • The three workstations of the folding unit are electrically adjusted and equipped with remote control, which is more convenient and quick; the workstations are made of medium plate steel and have undergone high-precision machining center boring technology, with high precision and strong stability;
  • The folding unit is an extended model, which helps carton forming; the transmission structure adopts bevel gear technology, which has the characteristics of fast speed, high precision, good stability, long service life, and easy maintenance;

  • Equipped with a stepless speed regulator, it has a deviation correction function and can correct the scissor difference of the carton twice;
  • After the carton is glued, it is aligned and corrected again, with no scissor difference;

Counting & Ejector Unit

  • Counting and pushing are pneumatic, PLC point control, reliable, accurate and fast;
  • The bottom conveyor belt and the upper pressing belt are used for synchronous pressing, so that the finished cartons are firmly pasted and neatly arranged without misalignment.
  • Emergency stop switches are standard on both sides to avoid cardboard waste in emergency situations and increase the safety factor to ensure personal safety.
